Kleverr House was founded in Riga with a single conviction: that building a home should not take years, cost a fortune, or damage the environment. Traditional construction is slow, wasteful and unpredictable. We set out to fix that.

Our factory-first approach means every home is precision-engineered in a controlled environment, using sustainably sourced timber frames and high-performance insulation. The result is a building that performs to passive house standards, arrives on a flatbed, and is ready to connect within days of delivery.

From a single glamping cabin on a Scottish hillside to a row of townhouses in the Dutch countryside — we build homes that belong exactly where they are placed.

Our values.

Precision Manufacturing

Every wall panel, roof cassette and floor module is built to millimetre tolerances inside our factory — not on a windswept building site. Quality is controlled, not hoped for.

Passive Performance

Triple-glazed windows, thermal-bridge-free construction and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Our homes use up to 90% less heating energy than standard builds.

Speed & Certainty

Your home is precision-built in our Riga factory. You receive photo updates throughout the build process.

Delivery

Transported by specialist flatbed across Europe. Most modules arrive in a single load and are craned into position in one day.

Connect & Move In

Local utilities are connected and a final inspection is completed. Your home is ready to live in within days of arrival.
